It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the manufacturing of automotive equipment. The company is located in the third phase of Yugan High tech Industrial Park Auto Parts, with over 80 acres of land and 40000 square meters of construction area. Its annual production capacity exceeds 2 million units, mainly producing and selling 8-17 inch aluminum alloy car wheels, covering the ATV/UTV/GOLF/snow and trailer wheel fields. Forging utilizes hot pressing and spinning technology to make aluminum alloy wheels lighter and stronger. Through forging and spinning, the structure becomes dense, achieving standard width, and finally, CNC machining and painting are used to produce the finished product.
The spinning forming technology optimizes aluminum alloy, enhancing wheel performance. The product is 15-20% lighter with improved strength, corrosion resistance, and stability. A single machine can produce 450 pieces per day.
Low-pressure water cooling process
The strength is higher; the average grain size of the air-cooled wheel sample is 56 microns, while that of the water-cooled wheel sample is 36 microns.
Gravity casting machine
This technique relies on gravity to pour molten aluminum or aluminum alloy into a mold, completing filling and solidification through the force of gravity. Select the appropriate casting technique based on different production requirements and product designs.
