The company has a number of sets of advanced smelting, casting, machining, coating and inspection equipment from the United States, Taiwan and South Korea in the manufacturing process to ensure that the overall manufacturing process, product quality and production efficiency reach the domestic advanced level:

Very large melting furnace:A single melting furnace can meet the needs of two casting lines, using a special ratio of aluminum to water, greatly enhancing the mechanical properties of the product.

Low pressure casting machine:The low pressure casting process not only ensures the high quality and compactness of the castings, but also produces aluminum alloy wheels with complex shape, high precision and smooth surface.

Continuous heat treatment furnace:The heat treatment furnace adopts advanced technical measures such as high-speed temperature control combustion system, fully sealed structure, automatic combustion control system and automatic control system of furnace temperature and furnace pressure, and the comprehensive energy saving is more than 42%.

Finishing workshop:It is used to process the outer round surface, spoke and center hole of the wheel hub. It automates the cutting process by programmatically controlling the path of the tool to precisely produce the desired shape.

Fully automatic double roll vertical rotation:The company currently has one spinning production line, and plans to build two more spinning production lines within two years, so that the spinning production capacity can reach 500,000 pieces.

Impact testing machine:Through the test, the strength and durability of the wheel material can be verified. Such tests help improve the safety and reliability of wheel hub designs.

Mechanical arm:The key processes are carried out by manipulators, and the painting and painting process adopts rotary cups to ensure stability and accuracy。

Automatic coating line:The coating production line uses the ground reverse stacking conveying system, which can realize the process requirements of three spray, one bake spray and two bake, and the protection and decoration of the product surface can meet the various needs of consumers.

X-ray detection:Non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques that use X-rays to penetrate materials and reveal internal structural defects such as cracks, pores, inclusions, etc. This technology is crucial for automotive parts such as wheels that are subject to high loads and require high safety.

Airtight test:An important test to check the sealing performance of the wheel, to ensure that the wheel will not cause a tire leak due to the sealing problem during use, affecting driving safety and performance. This test is essential to improve the reliability and service life of the vehicle.

Salt spray tester:Test equipment for evaluating and testing the corrosion resistance of automobile parts such as wheels in salt spray environment. The equipment can simulate a variety of salt content environment, through the long-term salt spray exposure test to the wheel hub, so as to evaluate and analyze its ability to resist salt spray corrosion.

Dynamic balance testing machine:Special equipment for detecting and correcting dynamic hub unbalance. The dynamic balance of wheel hub in the process of vehicle driving is very important to ensure the safety, stability and ride comfort of vehicle.

Removable deaerator:Nitrogen or argon gas is used to remove hydrogen from aluminum water to achieve qualified aluminum water required for the production of wheel hubs.

Wheel/gravity casting machine:The technology relies on gravity to pour molten aluminum or aluminum alloy into the mold, and relies on gravity to complete the filling and solidification. Select the appropriate casting technology according to different production requirements and product design.

Catenary shot blasting machine:Through the high-speed rotating impeller, the small cast (small steel ball or other abrasive) is sprayed to the surface of the wheel at a very high speed to remove the cast skin, rust, old paint layer and other impurities on the surface of the wheel, while strengthening the microstructure of the surface of the material, improving its fatigue strength and corrosion resistance.

Tilting crucible furnace:Mainly used for melting and insulating aluminum alloys in preparation for the casting process, it is especially important for the production of high-quality aluminum alloy wheels and parts, as it provides a stable and accurate supply of liquid aluminum, ensuring the consistency and quality of the finished product.
